1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Calcium: Is needed for strong bones and proper amounts will greatly reduce/prevent the risk of ostoperosis, it is recommended that on average everyone should have at least 1200mg of calcium daily. A glass of milk only has 300mg... Are you getting enough calcium every day?
