As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following: This WOD starts with a round of cindy (5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats) and you will add around of 'Cindy' every round.
example:
The first round is 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats. The second round is double that 10 pull ups 20 push ups 30 squats, the third round 15 pull ups 30 push ups 45 squats....etc.

Canadian Army Master Corporal Erin Doyle, 32, was killed in a firefight August 11th, 2008 in the Panjwaii District, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Nicole and his daughter Zarine.

Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 6 2008 in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons' wife and two children.

Bad news.... We are not going to be open Friday either. If something changes I will blast all of you. I am still planning on having Saturday class(es)if there is demand to have more than one. Also it may be a nasty WOD to make up for the last three days we have lost.... I hope you liked the video.
