If you are 'comfortable' with your fitness level then keep 'trotting' on the treadmill.
In recognition of 'National Law Enforcement Week' We will be having UNLIMITED FREE workouts all week long for ALL Law Enforcement and First Responders.
ALSO WE WILL BE HAVING A FREE TEAM WORKOUT IN THE PARK 10AM SATURDAY AT HAWTHORNE PARK.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Kettlebell
Swing 1 arm, 2 arm, 2 bell.
Snatch
C&J
WOD
3 rounds of:
1 minute of each exercise with 1 minute rest between rounds.
Squat
Sit up
Double Under
Push up
Each rep is a point and athlete will be scored by total points for all 3 rounds.
