This is not the way to lift... everything this guy does is incorrect.
This is a PROPER way to deadlift, explained by Mark Rippetoe
MAX EFFORT
Shoulder press 5,5,5+....
AND
Deadlift 5,5,5+
WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in five minutes of:
275 pound Deadlift, 3 reps
50/35lb dumbbell Push press, 7 reps
