WOD
3 rounds for time of:
run 400m then complete
3 rounds of 'Cindy'
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
so to explain better: you will run 400m then do 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats, 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats, 5 pulls ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats... that would complete 1 round of the WOD.
