There is no class at CrossFit Carol Stream this weekend because there is a Kettlebell competition in North Aurora that starts at 9:30am if you want to compete and 10am if you just want to watch. Please let me know if you are interested and I will forward you the details. I will be going and competing in the event, it is a FREE event but donations will be accepted by the host. It will be a great experience for all of us. Your experience level with the kettlebell does not matter. It is for fun...
