5 pull ups
10 box jumps 24/18
15 Kettlebell swings 55/35

-or-

WOD B:
Three rounds for time of:
Row 300 meters
20 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 Pull-ups

  1. I will continue to eat fairly strict. Maybe some creamer in my coffee when I go to a coffee shop. And an occasional non paleo dessert or alcoholic beverage. But other than that, I feel great and honestly feel this is the way to live.
