For time:
First complete
2 rounds of:
run 400m
20 walking lunges
20 grasshoppers
then do 50 box jumps 24/18
then complete
2 rounds of:
20 leg raises
20 tuck jumps (with hands at your sides touching your feet at top of jump)
run 400m
