Using a 45/25lb Dumbbell do the following exercises. Every time the athlete puts the dumbbells down, he/she must do 10 burpees.

Five rounds for time of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang power cleans
5 Dumbbell front squats
5 Dumbbell push presses
